Charming 2 Bedroom Flat Next To Métro

Our flat is on the top floor. It is very sunny in the morning AND in the afternoon! It has a terrace facing south west giving onto a large living-room (with a sofa bed) and a small room we use as an office but that can take a folding bed. The main bedroom is spacious. So are the kitchen, and the bathroom/WC. We are happy characters, so we painted our walls in bright coulours. We also like comfort, so all the mod coms are there.The flat is very quiet. Having car-noise-free nights is important for us after work (Agathe is an English lecturer at the university and Ewa is a librarian).Les Lilas is nicknamed « the 21st arrondissement de Paris » as it is so close. We are 5 mnts walk away from Paris itself, and 3 mnts walk away from 2 métro stops that take us to the heart of Paris in 15 mnts.Les Lilas holds markets (one organic), shops, cinema, park, pool, etc. We like it because it is safe, friendly PLUS it has the best bakery in the world!
